Simple Things That keeps You Young And Ditch Ageing



Do you love the white things?  We’re talking about sugar, folks! 
Sweet cravings and having them often could be affecting your skin loosing, crinkles and wrinkles before its time. Who’s to Blame? The glycation. When sugar hits your bloodstream it hits on proteins, and forms the appositely named old or ages.  Getting ages are bad signs for your skin structure. It damages your body’s collagen and elastin fibers that keep it strong and young.
 Want to know how to stay away from this trouble???? 

Following are the simple and easy things to keep you young and beautiful. 

1: Include 50% of fruits and veggies while making your meal (this will complete your daily requirement of vitamins and proteins. vegetable with green leaves keeps your digestion strong). raw food will keep you stay resistant to diseases. 

2: Add 25% of lean protein in your lunch or dinner (Fish, Skinless white meat (Chicken etc) beans, chickpeas etc). 

3: Get 25% of you meal contains whole grains. (Wheat pasta, brown/wild rice, barley, bread made from 100% grains etc)

4: NO SUGAR--NO CANDY- NO SWEET :) Enjoy!!!
